Turtle Bay’s 23rd Annual Arboretum Spring Plant Sale

Turtle Bay Exploration Park will hold it’s 23rd Annual Arboretum Spring Plant Sale on Friday, April 3 and Saturday, April 4 at the Turtle Bay Nursery. Turtle Bay members are offered a Members Night Event and pre-sale on Friday, April 3 from 5-8pm and the public sale is Saturday from 9am – 3pm. Members will receive a 30% discount on all nursery purchases and non-members will receive 20% off. Plus, admission to the Gardens is FREE all day Saturday.

The ever-popular heirloom vegetables are a main feature of the spring plant sale and they sell out fast! In addition, the Turtle Bay Nursery has an enormous stock of unusual, drought-tolerant, and hard-to-find perennials, shrubs, and trees. California native plants and a wide variety of sought after ornamental grasses, all grown onsite and acclimated to Redding’s vigorous climatic conditions are also available.  Free gardening advice will be available throughout the day from Arboretum and Botanical Gardens staff and volunteers.
