In June 2015, the 12 u Redding Vipers Travel Baseball Team will be taking a once-in-a-lifetime trip to Cooperstown, New York, to participate in the Cooperstown Dream Park All-Star Tournament.
For the 12 year-old Redding Vipers Athletes, this is an opportunity that Cooperstown limits to only 10 u & 12 u teams, and will never present again for this group of boys. The Redding Vipers players will be among 98 teams from across the country at Cooperstown to play elite competitive baseball, build relationships, trade pins, and visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. Despite tournament outcome, the Redding Vipers’ week-long trip will conclude with each Redding Vipers Athlete being inducted into the Youth Baseball Hall of Fame.
This opportunity oosts approximately $1,500 per player. These costs include room, board and meals at Cooperstown All Star Village, tournament/umpire fees, and airfare/transportation costs.
The Redding Vipers athletes are committed to paving their own way. As a team they will be participating in a number of fundraising events and have collectively chosen to reach out to some of their biggest fans for additional support via a gogetfunding.com site.
