Doug Craig Class: The Happiness Trap and the Peaceful Prize

Doug Craig will be teaching another class at First United Methodist Church at the corner of South and East Streets in downtown Redding.

Class title: The Happiness Trap and the Peaceful Prize:  How the fundamentals of fulfillment can finally free us from fear.

The text for the class will be The Happiness Trap, How to Stop Struggling and Start Living by Russ Harris and will be available to each participant at the discounted price of $10.  There is no charge for the class.

The 90-minute class will run for nine consecutive Monday nights from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m. from January 26 – March 30, 2015, excluding February 16.
