Join us at the historic Cascade Theatre on Thursday, October 9, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. to see an exciting video describing the evolution of Downtown Redding’s transportation system over time and possible improvements for the future. Sponsored by the Shasta Regional Transportation Agency and produced by KIXE with assistance from Vestra Resources and Trilogy Architecture,the video will help capture the public’s imagination about possibilities for improving Downtown’s transportation system and serve as an invitation to take part in developing the City’s new Downtown Redding Transportation Plan. Viva Downtown Redding is hosting the event. There will be a short meet -and-greet period prior to the screening of the video, followed by a description of the Downtown Redding Transportation Planning effort and introduction of key City and consultant staff.
