On Friday, July 25, 2014, the Coroner’s Office was called to the scene of a fatal traffic collision. It was learned a passenger of the vehicle succumbed to her injuries as a result of the collision. The Shasta County Coroner’s Office has identified the decedent as, Dorlis Jean Lauri, of Weaverville. Theaccident is being investigated by California Highway Patrol. An autopsy is scheduled for later this week.
