On 07/03/2014, Deputies from the Shasta County Sheriff’s Office contacted and arrested Justin Neil McLain, DOB 06/21/2014, at 19880 First Street in Cottonwood, California. McLain had been featured on Shasta County’s Most Wanted. McLain had five outstanding warrants with a total bail amount of $445,000.00.
While at the residence, Deputies contacted several other subject who have been illegally living on the property. Three of these subjects, Joshua Sartain, DOB 04/10/1992, Susan Edwards, DOB 10/8/1974 and Robert Lloyd Tyler, DOB 08/09/1990 were also arrested. Sartain and Edwards were arrested for several outstanding felony warrants and Tyler was arrested for possession of methamphetamine. All four individuals were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Shasta County Jail.
