In reply to Jay Hays. Making impossible promises (e.g. election results in 4 hours), pretending to achieve them, and blaming everyone else when called out is right out of the SV playbook.
I agree that Shasta County needs to stay focused on the new jail project. That problem is not going away while some on the BOS pursue another shiny object.
