3-2 Vote: Redding City Council Accepts Turtle Bay Land Sale

Drawing of the proposed hotel construction on 14.17 acres the city currently leases to Turtle Bay Exploration Park. After Tuesday night’s Redding City Council meeting, the Redding City Council voted 3-2 to accept the McConnell Foundation’s offer to pay the city $600,000 for the property.
