Soroptimist International of Redding is seeking nominations for its annual Person of Distinction Award. This prestigious award salutes an exceptional person in our community who has volunteered their time and/or personal resources to help cancer patients and their families.
Nomination forms are available by calling Theresa Nachman at 246-8134. Nominations are due by Friday, September 30th, 2011.
Soroptimists will present the award during their annual Breast Cancer Awareness Luncheon at the Redding Convention Center on October 18th, 2011. Diana Jorden, comedienne, author and breast cancer survivor will be the featured speaker.
