The Healthy Aging Summit (HAS) was organized to provide information and education to persons 55 years of age and older on various ways to stay healthy and active, as well as provide proactive chronic disease management resources. We are seeking organizations who wish to provide either a health screening or interactive booth specific to healthy aging. There will be a limited number of vender booths. Vendor fees are $100 for profit agencies and $25 for non-profit agencies. HAS will provide one 6-foot table and two chairs. Vendors will be responsible for providing their own tablecloths. Vendor registration deadline is Friday, August 5.
