Shasta Memory Bank 2.20.11

A group of approximately 20 men from the Redding Fire Department pull hand-operated fire equipment down an unidentified street in Redding on July 5, 1909. A public citizens’ meeting on July 21, 1896 helped to form the Redding Volunteer Fire Department.
