What: Martin Luther King, Jr. Commemorative Celebration
When: Monday (Jan. 17)
Where: Old City Hall, 1313 Market Street
8 a.m.: Bell Ringing Ceremony
9 a.m.: Bell Rings
10:15 a.m.: Prayer Circle followed by the march from Court and Yuba Street to the Martin Luther King, Jr. Multicultural Center.
11:00am: Brunch at the Martin Luther King, Jr. Multicultural Center
12 p.m. – 1 p.m.: Celebration Program
2 p.m.: Community Service Projects
Organizers encourage you to “Remember! Act! Celebrate! Make it a day ON, not a day OFF!”
We will celebrate the federal holiday inside Old City Hall, located at 1313 Market Street, Redding, CA. You are invited to participate.
