Shasta Senior Nutrition Programs (SSNP) is now accepting enrollment for their Winter Session of Computer Classes for adults 55 and older. There are currently openings for the Introduction to Microsoft Office Class and for the Internet Class. Classes begin on January 5, 2011. Each one-hour class meets weekly for eight weeks at the SSNP facility at 100 Mercy Oaks Drive, Redding. There is a material fee of $8.

    Well, I'd encourage all of you (of age) to take advantage of ALL that the SSNP offers, not the least of which is FREE music every Wednesday from 9am to 11:30 lunch (which includes my little group of 5), and other morning, too, with various entertainers.

    Lunchs are always hot and most reasonable (darn cheap).

    Give this place a chance….wonderful site to meet folks and enjoy!
