Shasta Women’s Refuge will hold the 4th Annual Dancing with the Stars – Shasta County Style on Saturday, July 10th at the Cascade Theatre. This exciting evening of dance will be packed full of star dance performances and the audience will have a chance to vote for their favorite performer to walk away as champion of the show. This year’s “stars” include: Maria Orozco of Redding Rancheria; Dr. Nancy Ekelund of Nancy Ekelund Eyecare; Karen Hoyt of Shasta Regional Medical Center; Orville Thomas of KRCR TV; Rick Hill of Morgan Stanley; and Tad Shackles of Results Radio Power 94 FM. Enjoy an evening of dance as our local stars light up the dance floor to win your hearts, and your votes, all in support of the Refuge’s life-saving services. John Truitt and Chita Johnson will return to emcee the event.
