What: Whitmore Mountain Fair & Car Show

The Whitmore Mountain Fair is sponsored by the nonprofit Whitmore Volunteer Fire Company, Inc. The event is the largest fundraising event of the year. The fun starts with the parade lineup at 9 a.m., parade starts 10 a.m., car and bike show at 11 a.m. The live entertainment throughout the day with Pranqster, The California Kid, and E-Strings for the dinner dance at 5 p.m. There were over 54 vendors last year, and we expect more this year. We will have a waterslide for the kids, games, cow chip bingo, tournaments, exhibitions, a reptile exhibit, wildLife sanctuary, horse shoes, basketball shootout, beer and wine booth, barbecue lunch by the Whitmore Community Center for only $5, a dinner-dance from 5 p.m. -10 p.m. (only $8 for adults), free raffles, trophies, raffling off a Muzzle Loader .50 caliber (tickets are $7.50 each or 5 for $30). There is a full day and evening full of fun! A new event just added. Sign up for the log splitting contest for $5 and the winner takes home 50% of the pot. The split wood will be a silent auction item.
The deadline for paid booth reservations is Friday, May 21 at 5 p.m. unless other arrangements have been made. Booths run 12 x 12 for $15 and if you are a non profit only $10. Be sure to bring your own tables and shade coverings. Look forward to seeing you at the WHITMORE MOUNTAIN FAIR.
