What: Siskiyou and Weed Arts Councils host SAC/WAC ART ATTACK

Siskiyou and Weed Arts Councils will hold the SAC/WAC ART ATTACK Sunday, April 25, 4 to 9 pm, at the Black Butte Saloon, 259 Main Street, Weed, that will feature Chick Music, Strange Brew, Christopher Prim, Mountain Gypsies Bellydancers and so much more! Linedancing will be taught at 4pm. We’ll have a raffle and door prizes.
Guest Bartenders include Billy Banjo, SAC Director Lauri Sturdivant, Weed Mayor Dave Pearce and SAC board member and COS President Randy Lawrence. There will be a silent auction, with a live auction finish by pop artist/poet Nikolas Allen, of an Anne Kinkade original horse oil painting and framed full color comic from Yreka artist Sabrina Abbott.
WAC will showcase an art show featuring local artists at the Black Butte Saloon during this event – don’t miss it! – and will hold an Art Walk in downtown Weed immediately proceeding this fundraiser. Visit the River Run Gallery, Swanson Images and Turn of the Century Fine Arts for some vital culture from 2 to 4pm.
