Balance Yoga Center in Redding will host a yoga workshop this Saturday and Sunday, April 24-25, for yoga enthusiasts of all levels. The workshop will include three separate sessions taught by Stacey Rosenberg, a certified Anusara Yoga teacher from San Francisco. Stacey will infuse biomechanical principles of the body and will provide a fun, safe and nurturing environment to encourage students to deepen their practice.

The workshop will be held at the Balance Yoga Center located on 169 Locust Street (Cypress Square) in Redding. There will be two sessions on Saturday, April 24th. The 10:15 am to 12:45 pm session will focus on standing poses and backbends. Saturday’s 3-5 pm session will focus on hips, twists and forward bends. The session on Sunday, April 25th, 10 am to 12 pm, will incorporate a variety of poses.

Sessions cost $30-45 each. Participants can sign up for as many sessions as they like. There will be a discount for more than one session.
