In reply to Julie Neely. It's located on Swasey Drive directly West of the Westside Church, near the intersection of Swasey and Placer Road. The church's parking lot wraps around the building and abuts the cemetery. I found a picture of a gate, but it's not obvious whether it's locked or unlocked.
