Shasta County Arts Council is sponsoring a tour of the Tuscan Heights Lavender Gardens of Whitmore, Saturday, June 27, 10am-1:30pm… We’ll depart Old City Hall, 9:45am and travel by van to the 2700 ft elevation of the Whitmore hills for the 4th Annual Lavender Festival. Tour of 4 acres of lavender fields/pick bouquets, gift shop, food, Lavender Lemonade. Travel out of the valley to the cool hills for this fundraiser for the arts. $35. p/person, bring sack lunch or buy at festival.
