REDDING – An on-air debate between 2nd Congressional District candidates Wally Herger and Jeff Morris recorded Oct. 21 in the KIXE studio will be rebroadcast throughout the north state as scheduled: 

KIXE-TV Channel 9:10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 31 

KGEC Channel 26 (Charter Channel 15): 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28 

Redding Community Access (Charter Channel 11): 9 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27; 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 29; and 9:30 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 

North Valley Community Access (Comcast Channel 11): 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 28; 6 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 30; 8 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 2 

The 60-minute debate was sponsored by KIXE and the Redding Record Searchlight. The debate was moderated by Lorraine Dechter, news director for Northstate Public Radio KCHO/KFPR. Questions were posed to both candidates by panelists Bruce Ross of the Record Searchlight and Mike Mangas of KRCR-TV.
