The issue became mostly moot because with the rejection by the court this week, Larmour is/was legally required to submit the draft requested to the elections officials. i.e., said petition initiative will now go forward - and if successful, appear (as written) on the ballot.

In reply to R.V. Scheide Jr.. This downward population trend was divulged a year ago at a BOS meeting during the discussion to eliminate impact fees. My research indicates that this trend is continuing. Might be worthy of further study.
