Flags at City of Redding facilities will be lowered to half-staff from Friday evening to Monday morning (Ocotober 13) in remembrance of former Redding Mayor Dick Dickerson and in honor of National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend. Mr. Dickerson died on September 29, 2014. A Celebration of Life will be held at noon Sunday at the Redding Elks Lodge.
