About Left Hook: Redding-based “Left Hook” is just emerging from a hot garage with the goal of playing in air conditioned climes next to cool-liquids or at fun, outdoor family events.  “Left Hook” loves company and looks forward to playing for large concerts, artful-clubs, living rooms, houseboats, and for you.
As an eclectic group of accomplished fellows, “Left Hook’s” music is a meld of originals, B-side rock classics and cool corrective covers, jazz, world beat, and musical tributes to dead classical icons. Inspired by Bruce Hornsby, Steely Dan, Igor Stravinsky, The Beatles, Coco Chanel, Garth Brooks, Thomas Dolby, Eric Clapton, et al, there’s always something fun for just about everyone.
