The NorCal OUTreach Project, a 501c3 non-profit, dedicated to educating the public in the north state on the issues and lives of LGBTQ+ persons, will be sponsoring the National Coming Out Day, Friday, October 11, 6:00-9:00pm, at the Social Hall of the United Methodist Church, East & South Sts. in Redding CA.
The public is cordially invited to attend this no-cost yearly celebration; refreshments and beverage will be available.
Several local and out of state guest speakers will discuss their Coming Out process. Persons within the LBGTQ+ community have varied stories as to how they came to understand themselves and share their coming out with family and friends. The evening presentations promises to be one of joy and fulfillment.
