On 06/06/13 at approximately 12:41 PM, Redding Police officers responded to a report of a two vehicle traffic collision on Pine Street near Cypress Avenue. In Redding, Ca.
Witnesses stated a 1990 Yamaha motorcycle, driven by Israel Conger, 26 years of Redding, was traveling northbound on Pine Street approaching the intersection of Cypress Avenue.
Conger was reportedly traveling at a high rate of speed. Witnesses reported a 1987 Dodge Ram van being driven by Bradley King, 55 years of Redding, exited the Lu Lu’s parking lot onto northbound Pine street. Just after entering the roadway, witnesses said the van and motorcycle collided, ejecting the motorcyclist.
Conger was transported to Mercy Medical Center where he is currently listed in critical condition.
