“Homeland” Choir, Orchestra, Celebrate USA

Two concerts will be featured on Friday, July 2: one at 6 p.m. and one at 8 p.m. Featured are a choir of more than 100 singers and 40-member orchestra. Directed by Ron Mapes and produced by Jerry Mapes, the Redding Christian Fellowship Choir will be joined by others from the community for this event.

While living in a great melting pot of nationalities and cultures, Americans have not relinquished the unique character of their individual heritage. They have, however, acknowledged those things that unite all of us as a people, a nation dedicated to liberty and justice for all. This is a celebration of our country.

All proceeds benefit the new Veterans Memorial Building at the Veterans Cemetery in Igo. 

Tickets are $10.00 and are available at the Cascade Theatre Box Office, 1733 Market Street, Redding, California. The box office is open Tuesday through Friday from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and weekends from noon until curtain on performance days.
