Mr. Moon,
Thank you for your show tonight,
As I say goodbye to winter.
Your exit for this evening was
Spent in wondrous splendor.
Your evening show was awesome;
Your glow was brilliant and true.
But now it is time to move
Into the springtime hues.
Goodbye winter and hello spring!
I look forward to new phases of the moon. I can’t wait to see what life will bring, New life and colors very soon!
The oak tree will stand true and strong, As the moon passes through,
Another phase of life belongs
In the wondrous eyes of me and you.
Life is great, and life is grand.
One moon, one sun, one Earth,
And people hand in hand.
Just words of fun, for what it’s worth…
