Shasta College Main Redding Campus To Resume Normal Operations
REDDING, CA – Water service has been restored to the Shasta College main Redding Campus. Normal operations will resume on Friday, July 19, 2024. An unmarked water pipe was broken during one of the campus improvement projects outside, near the 1400 building. To facilitate repairs, water to the entire campus was turned off for a few hours. Repairs to the pipe have been made. Please direct any additional questions to Campus Safety at 530-242-7910.

The Shasta College main Redding Campus will be closed today, Thursday, July 18, 2024 starting at 12:45 p.m. Physical Plant has shut the water off due to an emergency repair to a main water line. This closure does not impact any other of the extended campuses, including Tehama, Trinity, Intermountain, and Downtown Health Science and University Center. Online classes are not impacted and will continue regular operations. Future updates will be released on the Shasta College website and Informacast.
