A public hearing to consider the River Crossing Marketplace Specific Plan,
scheduled for the Planning Commission meeting Tuesday, March 24, 2020, has been
cancelled due to the coronavirus pandemic. In consideration of the City Council’s
Declaration of Local Emergency, the City is undergoing precautions and limiting
large gatherings. No action will be taken on the project at this time. A public hearing
will be rescheduled for a future date, yet to be determined. Once a meeting date has
been established, a new public notice will be sent 10 days prior to the meeting in
accordance to state and local requirements.
