KKRN 88.5 fm Community Radio Fundraiser in Round Mountain

KKRN Community Radio invites you to attend a fundraising event coming to the Community Center in Round Mountain on Saturday, February 8. The afternoon and evening will feature a spare rib dinner along with entertainment provided by Scratched Up Radio Theater. Three plays by local writers will be featured:

“Séance” by Chris Gomez, “Troublemaker” by the late Bill Siemer and “Spare My Brother” by Jim Dowling

Doors open at 3 pm with dinner served from 3:30 to 4:30 pm. The menu includes: spare ribs, beans, corn bread, green salad, tea and coffee (beer and wine offered, too) and pies for dessert.

For the dinner, reservations are required. Please make reservations by February 6 by calling 337-1101 to leave a message or 941-9689, or email ellen@kkrn.org.

Location: Mountain Community Center, 29775 Hwy 299E, Round Mountain

Tickets: $20 for Dinner and Theater, $7.50 for Theater only.

    The sheriff looks kind of sketchy but the short dude on the end with the derby looks downright dangerous.

      You best watch your words there, Sunny. This here sheriff, he put the starch back in law and order. And he doesn’t cotton to insult hurlin’ and such. As for that character sportin’ a bowler hat, don’t be deceived. In a word, deadly. Don’t wanna turn your back on Gus Hickman.
