    Very cool.

I wonder if SRCF could do the same thing for the towns of Shasta and Keswick.

Joanne – this is an event for the entire community to come together, not just City of Redding. We hope you can join us!

  3. Hey, I made that sign – Thanks for featuring it!

Thank you Kerry. The majority of people in Redding can share this “Redding Remembers” event because, while thousands were evacuated, most of them could return home after the fire. I don’t feel like celebrating. I feel like connecting with 500 families in Shasta who lost their homes and sharing information and support. Thank you for the invitation to this event in Redding.

Wish we had known this Friday night June 28 during the Carr Fire John Hoover benefit concert; we could have announced it to the entire audience!

I wrote a song on the Carr fire call Summer Snow that was featured this last Sunday on KRCR 7 and Monday on Action News Now 12/24. It is getting a lot of web play. I would like to offer to sing it this Friday if you thought it would work for you. This is the link.
