Back for the twelfth year, The Whole Earth and Watershed Festival returns to the sculpture garden at Redding City Hall this Saturday, April 21. The event will feature several local musical acts.

A memorial concert for local musician Noah Dean-Cardona takes place in Caldwell Park in Redding. The event kicks off at 10 a.m., with music starting at noon. The concert features God Van Damme, the Anima Effect, Your Hands Write History, Gigantes, Among the Seeking, Death Mode Trippers, and Cardona. The last set begins at 7:40 p.m. All ages. Donations are gladly accepted; all proceeds go to the Dean-Cardona family.
