Joe Craven appears at the Pilgrim Congregational Church in Redding on Saturday, March 18 as part of the Oaksong Music Society's concert series.

Joe Craven appears at the Pilgrim Congregational Church in Redding on Saturday, March 18 as part of the Oaksong Music Society’s 2016-2017 concert season.

In store for this week, we have a weeknight show by a north state performing songwriter who happens to hail from the tiny town of Cranberry, New York. Look for open mics in Bella Vista, Anderson, Chico, Mount Shasta, and Weed. Over the weekend, look for some of the north state’s favorite performers in venues such as the Castle Lounge, Kelly’s Pub and Wine Bar, the Vintage, The Dip, and the Post Office, among others. Folks, it’s a good week to give your TV a break and enjoy north state talent.
