KKRN Community Radio keeps keeping on. The station has been on the air 24/7 for five years. They keep doing enough little fundraising events to keep good things on the air and equipment purring along.
Big supporters of KKRN are the local band called the Heavy Dose of Blues and Billy’s Café in Montgomery Creek who are joining together for a fun, rockin’ night with great food and drink and sock knockin’ music. All under the stars, on the green behind the café.
If you appreciate good community radio and/or fun, dancing blues with some great food thrown in… you are in luck.
Be there or be square on Saturday, September 10th at Billy’s Café at 30356 Highway 299E in Montgomery Creek.
Food and beverages available starting at 5 Pm and music starts at 7PM.
Bring a chair or a blanket, look at the stars, or boogie ‘till the cows come home.
