The campaign to elect Julie Winter to Redding City Council in 2016 is pleased to announce the reschedule of the official campaign kick-off, “Redding Wins with Winter” on Friday, February 12th from 12:00pm – 1:00pm at the Redding Civic Auditorium Green. In the event of rain the event will be held on the 2nd floor lobby of the Civic Auditorium. Come meet Julie Winter and hear about her vision for the City of Redding!
Co-Founder and CEO of Black Bear Diner and the former Board Chair of the California Restaurant Association, Bruce Dean will introduce Julie at the event. Lunch and beverages provided by Yellow Lunch Box and Scout Coffee will be available for purchase at the event.
A resident of Redding since 1989, Julie Winter has worked as a Nurse Practitioner with Andre Van Mol, MD for the last 14 years, and is a founding member of the Redding area PA/NP Alliance. She is a 2012 Leadership Redding graduate, a member of Redding Rotary, Women’s Fund, Turtle Bay, Friends of the Library, Shasta Historical Society, Shasta Living Streets and the Shasta Arts Council. She currently serves on the City of Redding Community Development Advisory Committee, and as a volunteer board member of Advance Redding.
