The City of Redding Development Services Department will thank contractors, consultants, design professionals, and developers who do business with the department during Client Appreciation Week January 4 through 7, 2016.
The week-long event will provide opportunities for clients to participate in open houses where they can meet City staff and discuss ways in which the permitting process can be improved and streamlined. The open houses will take place at assigned times throughout the week based upon the type of client. However, staff will be available throughout the week to meet with clients if they cannot make the scheduled events. Each open house is 90 minutes.
“We want to set aside time where we hear from our clients about our process and get their input on how we can help them be more successful. We share the common goals of securing investment in the City of Redding and helping our businesses grow and prosper. If our clients are successful, we are successful,” said Larry Vaupel, the City’s new Development Services Director.
