Stolen and Forged Check

Redding Police Property Crime Investigators are requesting the help of the public to identify a suspect who attempted to cash a reported stolen check.

 The below depicted suspect presented the check to a teller at Wells Fargo Bank (1515 Pine Street) just after 5:00 pm on May 13, 2015. The check was previously reported stolen to a Shasta County Deputy after a woman noticed some of her mail, including the check, never arrived to her mailbox.

Anyone with information regarding the identity of this suspect is encouraged to contact the Redding Police Department Investigations Division at (530)225-4214.
