In reply to Joe. For 100 years there was less than 30,000 citizens of Shasta County and then in the next 30 years, a 100,000 people moved here…. I’ve been in a very bad mood since. My Grandfather Oscar Kinyon was a constable and branding inspector in 1920s in Eastern Shasta County.
