The Grand View Fine Arts Society, Redding Chapter, is participating in the 2nd Saturday Art Night, June 8th. This is the Redding Chapter’s first Annual Exhibition featuring oil paintings of 24 extraordinary local artists.
The public is invited to attend this event on Saturday, June 8 from 5:00-8:00 pm. at the Silk Purse Gallery inside Fator’s Custom Framing, 2600 Bechelli Lane, in Redding.
“The paintings to be exhibited rival the art found in the galleries of Carmel and Mendocino,” said Stefan Baumann, the director of The Grand View Fine Arts Society. “The quality of artistry and talent found in the Redding area is astonishing.”
The paintings in the exhibit include a variety of landscapes, still life, animals, and human figures created to inspire the imagination of the viewers.
A reception will open the exhibit on Saturday, June 8th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Silk Purse Gallery inside Fator’s Custom Framing, 2600 Bechelli Lane, in Redding.
