When: Friday (April 22), 12 to 1 p.m.

How to Win Customers and Keep Them Coming Back for More” is the topic for our next Shasta Technology Association Brown Bag luncheon on April 22, from noon -1:00. Our guest speaker Ryan Eldridge, president and co-founder from Nerds On Call, will present how Nerds On Call’s shift in customer service philosophy helped it to achieve rapid growth in a down economy.

Everyone knows good service when they see it but very few companies have learned how to do it consistently and successfully. This is a great opportunity to engage in some interactive conversation with a company that makes it happen.

The meeting is at the City Hall location, 777 Cypress Ave., in the Caldwell Park Room. Pizza will be served for lunch. Information: Brad Fortier 474-4231.
