What: World Music with Dr. Ron Kean & the College Choirs

The Shasta College Arts, Communications, and Social Sciences Division announces the “World Music with Dr. Ron Kean Concert” on Thursday, April 14, at 7:30 p.m., in the Shasta College Theatre.
Joining the renowned Ethnic Music expert, Dr. Kean, will be the Shasta College Chamber and Concert Choirs, in a lecture and demonstration concert exploring the exciting genre of World Music. They will perform music from Africa, India, the Phillipines, and Asia. Included will be African drumming and other ethnic instrumental music.
Admission for this exciting presentation is $7 general admission and $5 for students and seniors.
