Friday, Oct. 1 is the deadline for submitting your entry form for the next Pecha Kucha Night in Redding, which takes place Friday, October 15 at 7 p.m. in The Atrium at South End of Market Street Promenade (Placer Street) in Downtown Redding.
Pecha Kucha (a Japanese word, pronounced: peh-chawk-chaw) is an evening dedicated to the interests and passions of local artisans, designers, enthusiastists, hobbyists, artists, writers, musicians, or anyone with a passion to share what they love with their community. It is delivered in a 6-minute-40-second PowerPoint presentation. Or, 20 slides with 20 seconds spent on each slide — 20 x 20.

Who can present? Anyone! If you can talk, you can present.
What’s required? 20 PowerPoint slides, deliverable through email.
You will create 20 slides that you can narrate in 20 seconds each slide. You must be available to narrate your presentation at the event. All sound equipment and technical equipment will be provided.
