In her first item, she reports that fans of “Lost” are up in arms because the long-awaited premiere of the show’s final season might be bumped by President Obama’s State of the Union address. Apparently, the White House may move the speech from its traditional late January slot to Feb. 2, which would put it slap up against “Lost.” Gentlemen, start your Twitters!
The second item: The televised funeral of Michael Jackson has been nominated by the NAACP for an Image Award. The category? “Best Variety Series or Special.”
