The new Spring 2009 art exhibit is up at Redding City Hall on all three floors. The exhibit features watercolors by Howard “Luke” Lucas, mixed media by Michael Karns, photography by Jim Duckworth, Theresa Ickes and Vincent Dederer, pastel on paper by students from Shasta High School, and glass sculpture by Frances Rogers.
