It’s 3:15 a.m. and we are about 200 yards from the front of the METRO gate. Trains don’t start running for another 45 min. The line behind us snakes around four floors of a parking garage.
I have been having Internet issues– both in the form of connectivity and other family demand, but I hope to catch you all up later today.
I have never seen so many people in one place who are all so happy and orderly. I sincerely believe that we are on the verge of a new and better nation if we ourselves are willing to be that nation.
