Dr. Sheralene Ng is a doctor who grew up admiring her physician father. He was instrumental in helping her realize how much she enjoys taking care of older patients. She appreciates their honesty and their willingness to work toward their own health and happiness. She talks with and listens to each one in order to achieve the best outcomes. She earned her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine and her specialty training includes Loma Linda University Medical School, Riverside General Hospital and Jerry Pettis Veterans Administration Medical Center. At Dignity Health Medical Group North State, she has dedicated herself to the improvement of her patients’ health and wellbeing.
Dr. Ng says: “I believe that patients need to be healthy in order to feel happy. Many times, patients come in with a relatively simple problem, and we can take care of that problem. And so the patient goes home happy. It’s so rewarding for me when the patient gets better and we can prevent them from going to the hospital. That is a great day, one that’s satisfying for me as a doctor and for him or her as a patient.”
