The Redding Area Bus Authority (RABA) is offering a special “Crosstown Express” bus route featuring a direct link from the Mt. Shasta Mall to Downtown Redding with stops at the Sundial Bridge. The new service begins September 12, 2016.
The service will run during peak times of the day and will coordinate with school arrival and departure times for students at the Redding Civic Auditorium. Buses will run into the evening for easy visits to the Sundial Bridge and Turtle Bay Exploration Park.
Additional information, including a route map and schedule, is available on the RABA website at http://www.rabaride.com/. The fare for the Crosstown Express is the same as any other route with a base fare of $1.50 and reduced fares for seniors.
