While moving a sofa-bed a week ago, I hurt my bad back a little, and I’ve tweaked it a couple of times since, most recently on Sunday as we put up the Christmas tree.
Nothing serious, but a good reminder of Murphy’s Law of Back Pain: The more it hurts to bend over, the more likely you are to drop something that you’ll need to pick up.
Groan.
