PHJ: "Basically four images have to pass for one ballot". The ballots in Shasta county were four single pages. So of course you would have to have four images to show a single ballot in Shasta county. It just goes to show how complicated it actually is.

Rickert got: 32.2% of in-person votes. 47.3% of previous Vote-By-Mail ballots 51.8% of today's VBM With ~34% of District3's vote counted, I now estimate Rickert needs 53.6% of the ~11,700 remaining ballots (virtually all VBM).
