• Shasta County has 3 new positive cases today. They are a teenage boy and man in his 60s with symptoms, and a man in his 90s without symptoms. One is hospitalized.
• We continue to see cases of people who test positive without symptoms, including two from today. This is a good reminder that you can spread the virus before you develop COVID-19 symptoms. Face coverings help prevent spread, and wearing one when you’re unable to physically distance yourself from others is an easy way to do your part to keep our community healthy.
